Reservations can be made by calling (817) 481-8444 or online by clicking on the “Book a Room” button to receive the Great Ife Alumni Reunion’s preferred rate. When booking by phone, members must provide the group name and group code. The reservation dates can be extended by booking on the phone.

All reservations must be made on or before the cut-off date of August 8th, 2014 in order to be eligible for the group rate. The special room rate will be available until the cut-off date or until the block of rooms reserved for the group is sold-out, whichever comes first.
The special room rates for 29 August 2014 – 31 August 2014 are as follows:-

The above rates are net, non-commissionable and are exclusive of taxes currently at 12% per room per night. Taxes are subject to change without notice. Prices quoted above are only valid for the number of guests, check-in dates and length of stay shown. They do not include other costs you may choose to incur during your stay.
Once a reservation is made, if you wish to cancel, please do so 1 day prior to arrival to avoid cancellation penalties.
A ONE NIGHT, NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO MAKE A RESERVATION.
PARKING CHARGES:
The hotel offers Complimentary Guest self-parking in the Parking lot; Valet parking for a fee of $12.00 per day.
